Overview

Processing can take 3-5 business days to ship. We use several shipping methods, such as; UPS, USPS and FedEx. These methods will vary, based on your location and timeliness of delivery. Delivery time varies depending on where the product ships from. It can take 5–10 days depending on distance and holidays. In rare cases longer.

For International Shipping, Simply go to MYUS.COM and sign up for an account. You will be given a United States address. When you check out on our website, simply use the address they give you! That’s it!!

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return your item for an exchange or a return. The exception to this is, we will pay for shipping for you to return an item that is damaged upon arrival, or if by some chance, we send the wrong item or size.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We have several warehouses, and depending on the product, we will give you a correct return address. Email us or text us promptly before shipping any item back to us. You will be given an RMA with instructions and address to use. If you return it to another address than the one we provide, we will not be able to offer a refund!

Refunds and returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take 7 to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at on the contact page..

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a text message and we will provide the shipping address.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that we will provide. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
